The Glaubitz family
A Family-Owned Ventura Print Shop
Elite Screen Printing has served Ventura County for more than 20 years with custom screen printing, embroidery, team jerseys and promotional products — for orders of every size.
Our story
Founder Kelly Glaubitz was born and raised in Ventura. He got his start at some of the larger screen printing companies in the area — and saw a gap between those companies and the people they printed for.
He started Elite to close it: high-quality printing for local businesses, schools, teams and families, with someone who knows your name on the other end of the phone. No order is too small or too large, and every job gets the same pride.
Customers say it best: Kelly doesn’t just run the presses. He helps fine-tune artwork before it prints, digitizes logos for embroidery and works through color choices until they’re right. That hands-on care is why most new orders come from referrals.
