Screen printing
Custom Screen Printing in Ventura, CA
Team shirts, school spirit wear, company tees and event shirts printed in our Ventura shop. Small runs get the same care and precision as big ones.

How it works
Bold color that lasts wash after wash
Screen printing pushes ink through a fine mesh screen onto the garment. A stencil blocks the mesh everywhere except your design, so ink lands only where it should.
Each color gets its own screen, printed one at a time and lined up precisely. That’s why screen printing delivers solid, vibrant color — and why the price per shirt drops as quantities go up.
- Plastisol inks for bright, durable color on almost any fabric
- Water-based and discharge inks for a soft feel on cotton
- Tagless printing — size and care info printed inside the collar
- Plastisol transfers for hats, outerwear and odd-shaped items

Screen printing FAQ
Is there a minimum for screen printing?
No. We take orders of every size and treat small runs with the same care as big ones. The price per shirt drops as quantity goes up.
Screen printing or embroidery — which should I choose?
Screen printing is best for tees, hoodies and larger designs. Embroidery suits polos, hats and jackets where a stitched logo looks more premium. Tell us the item and quantity and we’ll recommend the best fit.
What inks do you use?
Plastisol for bold, durable color on most garments, plus water-based and discharge inks for a softer feel on cotton.
Can I bring my own shirts?
Yes. Bring your own apparel or we can supply the blanks.
Do you offer other printing methods?
Yes — direct-to-garment, dye sublimation, vinyl transfer and all-over printing, so every design gets the method that suits it.
